A service order agreement and right-of-entry agreement are signed so we can access the building.

Can WiFiHood be delivered to my building?
If your building is in our service area we can do a site survey to confirm that we can reach you.
How can I help bring WiFiHood Home to my building?
If your building is in our service area please fill out and submit the New Building Request form.
How long does it take to bring WiFiHood to my building?
Typically it takes 1-2 weeks, depending on building size, once we have a right-of-entry agreement signed with the property manager or HOA.
What is the Bulk-Rate option?
The Bulk-Rate option is available for buildings of four units or more. The service is provided to all units at a wholesale bulk rate per unit. The property is billed on a single invoice each month to property management or HOA, rather than each subscriber.
Are all residents forced to use the Bulk-Rate service?
No. The service is provided to all units, but is non-exclusive. Residents can choose to use another service.
Are there any up-front costs?
There are no installation costs for buildings with existing CAT-5 wiring. For buildings without CAT-5 wiring there is a nominal one-time installation charge per unit, but we incur all of the build-out costs to get the building on the network.
What is the contract term?
The are no contracts, the service is month-to-month.
What is the Subscription option?
The Subscription option is available for buildings of fifteen units or more. The service is sold to individual residents on a non-exclusive subscription basis at retail rates, and billed directly to each subscriber. We need permission to market the service to residents.
Are there any up-front costs?
There are no installation costs for buildings with existing CAT-5 wiring. For buildings without CAT-5 wiring there is a one-time charge to each subscriber to install wiring, but we incur all of the build-out costs to get the building on the network.
My building already has the Subscription option. Can we switch to Bulk-Rate?
